Introductions

HELLO!

I've finally done it. I've finally created my very own blog! I cannot tell you how excited I am, I have been contemplating this for a very long time. I guess I should probably introduce myself, right? Well, here it goes.

My name's Michelle, a lot of people call me mishy (hence the blog name), and I'm currently a sophomore in college. This blog was sort of a 'spur-of-the-moment' type of thing. I wanted to create a blog where I can share snippets of my life and things that I'm thoroughly interested in, such as fashion and health. 

I'll be honest, I'm not a fashionista and I definitely don't pretend to be. I love pulling together outfits I've seen on the internet or magazines, and from there, I'll pull bits and pieces to create my own inspired version. Sure, it may not be exactly the same, but if it's something I like... then who cares? And I also want to mention that I have the income of a typical college student, which isn't that great. I guess you can say my goal is to create awesome outfits with a low-end budget. Pretty nifty, huh?

Next, I want to give tips and tricks to living a healthy lifestyle. I know it's hard in this day and age to convert to organic and raw foods, but it isn't impossible. Especially for a striving college student, junk food becomes an easy staple because of its price. I hope I can help you all by providing some advice on eating right. And if you think about it, fashion and health do go hand-in-hand. You want to look good in clothes and feel comfortable with your body, right? Well, anyone can do it... as long as they have the motivation and mindset for it. 

Another thing I want to do in this blog is share my awkward college years with you. I want to take you along with me in this journey to graduate. If that means taking pictures of myself at school, then so be it! 

I think that's about it... Fashion, health, and lifestyle. Those are the three topics that will encompass my blog. I can't wait to see what this blog has in store for me over the next couple of months. Thanks for reading and I hope you ready for this, because I know I am!
